TUNE YOUR VOICE - TUNE YOUR LIFE with Christine M. Grimm: Private Sessions

VOICE ANALYSIS VIA SKYPE

If you just would like to determine the weak frequencies in your voice so that you can choose the correct crystal bowls or tuning forks to work with, you can schedule a 30-minute session via Skype (download for free at www.Skype.com) at the cost of $50. This requires you to have a headset and camera on your computer. I will send your Voice Analysis to you within one hour via email. Please contact me to schedule the appointment and pay via PayPal at least 24 hours in advance. See Buy page.

SOUND THERAPY SESSIONS

"I am still feeling the benefits of our work together. I can't wait to practice and continue to feel the healing that has started to take place. What an AMAZING experience! The work we did was truly my own and you are truly gifted in what you do."
J.L. Montecito/CA

“This is a very powerful tool for personal development."
Suki Bergeron, Yoga Teacher (Maui/Hawaii)

The initial sound therapy session results in an individual program based on diagnostic voice analysis, which graphs the notes of the voice. This work can also be supported by methods such as sound healing with toning and tuning forks, breathwork, color therapy, and therapeutic yoga. Individual sessions are advisable for receiving the full health benefits of sound therapy and/or improving the voice.

Subsequent sessions are useful as support in practice of sound therapy methods or as sound-healing sessions with tuning-fork therapy. After working with the exercises for 2 months, a follow-up voice analysis is recommended.
See Photos for pictures of a private session.

The first lesson includes an analysis of how the voice creates each individual tone, together with exercises for balancing the tones with each other. An evaluation of the respiration is important because breath must be a balanced equilibrium between the inhale and the exhale. The voice rides on the breath to express feelings to the outside world. Many problems related to singing – and speaking – can be eliminated by proper breathing.

Other physical aspects, such as the position of the larynx, will also be explored to create a comfortable singing experience. Each lesson incorporates the 3 Rs of sound therapy: relax, release, and regenerate the voice.
At the end of the session, you will receive your Voice Analysis and Sound Therapy Plan. If you take the Soul Type listening test at www.newequations.com, you can purchase a custom RA Version CD for that type (1-9).

Cost of initial session in Santa Barbara is $135 (1.5 hours) or $175 (2 hours, with tuning-fork therapy) and includes the TUNE YOUR VOICE II CD. Subsequent sessions cost $80/hour. Costs for LA and other areas: Initial session with CD costs $165 for 1.5 hours or $215 for 2 hours with tuning-fork therapy. Subsequent sessions cost $100/hour. For those outside the Santa Barbara area, one-hour sessions are available via Skype (you will need a headset and a camera on your computer) for $80/hour. Your Voice Analysis and Sound Therapy Plan will be emailed to you within one hour after the Skype session.

VOICE FOR SPEAKERS & SINGERS

"Christine brings a sense of play, ease, and body awareness to her teaching of singing. She helped me strengthen and enjoy my voice more."
Gail Dennison, Co-Author of Brain Gym® (Ventura/CA)

"I was dissatisfied with my speaking voice's high tones. Christine's individual toning therapy sessions are bringing healing and the pleasure of finding my voice again!"
Sherrie Morris (Santa Barbara/CA)

SPEAKING: An analysis of the voice frequencies and the breathing technique are the first steps in balancing and strengthening the speaking voice. Clients often report distinct improvements in their self-confident ability to speak after just one session. Lessons on a regular basis can create dramatic, lasting changes. Each lesson incorporates the 3 Rs of sound therapy: relax, release, and regenerate the voice.

SINGING: if you are a non-singer, you can learn to sing using the voice-analysis method and breathwork! If you are an experienced singer, you can optimally develop your voice with the Tune Your Voice method. In addition to improving your sense of pitch, this approach will expand your range, flexibility, vocal timbre, projection, resonance, and expressiveness. Please bring a song that you would like to work on to the first lesson.

SPEAKING & SINGING: The first lesson for both speakers and singers includes an analysis of how the voice creates each individual tone, together with exercises for balancing the tones with each other.
At the end of the session, you will receive your Voice Analysis and Plan.
